- Fault Management - Our networking center provides 24 x 7 monitoring of LAN segments, WAN links, network infrastructure devices such as routers and hubs, and server platforms such as NT, Novell, and UNIX. Our services are designed to minimize costly downtime by detecting and quickly isolating network problems. We also provide monthly reports on your network’s topology, fault history and availability.
- Performance Management - We provide both real-time and historical information on your network’s performance. Our automated system collects comprehensive data on LAN segments, servers and inter-networking equipment in order to locate and analyze trouble spots, and optimize your entire network for peak performance on a daily basis. Monthly reports provide you with accurate information to make informed decisions about your network infrastructure.
- Remote Administration - Via our network operating center, we will manage your network and diagnose and correct potential problems before they impact your business. If needed, we can dispatch a field technician to get your system back in operation quickly and efficiently.
- Security Management – We will monitor your network usage to identify unauthorized users and notify your network administrators about threats to the network integrity - whether they are initiated inside or outside your organization.
